VA's Grant and Per Diem Program FY 2017 NOFA: VA is announcing the availability of per diem funds to currently operational GPD grantees which have their current transitional housing grants under VA's Homeless Providers GPD Program whose grants are scheduled to be terminated as discussed in an accompanying Federal Register notice.
