- The U.S. Department of Interior, National Park Service, Mount Rainier National Park, intends to make a single source award to The Student Conservation Association, 689 River Road, Charlestown, New Hampshire03603. This is a noncompetitive award in accordance with Department of Interior Policy, Departmental Manual 505DM2 based upon Unique Qualifications and Cost Sharing. The Student Conservation Association is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon demonstrated factors, specifically, location, voluntary support capacity, cost sharing ability, technical expertise, and other unique qualifications as outlined in this document. The National Park Service, Mount Rainier National Park, intends to award a six month Task Agreement against the umbrella base cooperative agreement H2495090023 MOD 1. THIS FUNDING ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS.
