There is no application process for this annoucement. This is a notice of intent to award a single source award under justification 505 DM 2.14, and the recipient's unique ability to carry out the proposed tasks. The only eligible recipient of these funds is Rainforst Alliance.
Grant Description
The Recipient will continue to maintain and expand the WHMSI Pathway, adding bilingual profiles of WWB grantees to the Eco-Index and the WHMSI Pathway; add and update resources in the "Projects & Tools" database; publish and widely disseminate interviews and articles about migratory species conservation initiatives; create and distribute the bilingual WHMSI Pathway Update email newsletter; write reviews of migratory species conservation reports and Web sites; and maintain and promote the WHMSI Forum. This project also proposes to develop and publish a comprehensive directory of the NGOs that are working to conserve migratory birds, sea turtles, butterflies, bats, whales, and fish in the Americas.
