- The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, intends to issue a solicitation for a Grant/Cooperative Agreement pursuant to the authority of Public Law 102-575 Title 34 Central Valley Project Improvement Act Section 3402(d), Section 3405(b), and 3405(e). Principal features of the work is to transfer water conservation technology to the general public and delivery system modernization assistance and advice to agricultural water districts which are supplied with water from the Central Valley Project (CVP). This work is to be accomplished throughout the Mid Pacific Region to benefit the CVP. Period of Performance is from the date of issuance of the Agreement to July 1, 2009. Solicitation 07SF200007 will be posted on the GRANTS.GOV web site, at www.grants.gov, on or about December 4, 2006. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is on or about January 4, 2007. The solicitation MUST be downloaded at the above site. No paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applied to this solicitation. Prospective recipients must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
