The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Funding Opportunity Announcement (R11AF20006) for Grants/Cooperative Agreements for the following program: WaterSMART: Bay-Delta Agricultural Water Conservation and Efficiency Projects. The Department of the Interior's WaterSmart program is working to achieve a sustainable water strategy to meet the Nation's water needs.
