Western Governors Association development of a sustainable strategy supporting transportation planning and conservation priorities across the West: The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is accepting applications for one cooperative agreement to awardees ("Recipients") to implement policy priorities analogous to those identified through FHWA's Eco-Logical program and to utilize the Crucial Habitat Assessment Tool (CHAT). The intent of CHAT is to inform gross infrastructure planning efforts, wildlife corridor identification, and conservation planning.
