Additional Information on Eligibility: Applicants must be certified as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) meeting the USDA NRCS national criteria established for certification. Organizations that share a mutual interest in wetland conservation and who have the highest probability of providing in-kind contributions and other sources of financial or technical support are encouraged to submit a proposal.
Grant Description: The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is requesting proposals from qualified applicants share a common interest in the conservation and restoration of wetland resources throughout Louisiana. Successful applicants will provide technical assistance in the design and implementation of Wetland restoration. Performance may include any part or all operations necessary to perform engineering surveys, prelminary and final engineering designs, quality control, inspection and all construction management activities for various wetland restoration and conservation practices in accordance with NRCS standards and specifications.
