Wildland Urban Interface Community Assistance for Oregon/Washington for FY 2009: The wildland-urban interface community assistance program provides funding to state and local governments, non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, and Tribes to reduce risk of fire in the wildland-urban interface in the vicinity of lands managed by the DOI.
