- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT ONLY. The purpose of this agreement is to managing, restoring and conserving these species and their habitats, as well as document approaches to resolving these complex natural resource issues. WCS is one of the few organizations with an established history of expertise in these areas. Specific deliverables out of this multi stakeholder workshop will benefit all those who work to conserve bison on the American landscape. The workshop will provide the technical information necessary to produce proceedings that benefit various Government and private entities.
