Wyoming Native Fish Habitat and Fish Passage Restoration Projects: This synopsis is the full announcement. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Provide fish passage and restoration on the following projects to fish migration and minimize fish losses through irrigation diversions. Upper Sunshine Diversion Modification and Fish Ladder for Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout. Twin Cr.WY, BQ Diversion Irrigation Efficiency Upgrade and Fish Passage Restoration Project. Ray and Coolidge Canal Fish Passage and Fish Screen Projects. Spread Creek Dam Removal and Reconnect Project This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B, which allows for award without competition to an applicant: Unique Qualifications - The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, if applicable, technical expertise, or other such unique qualifications.
