AFRL Research Collaboration Program II: The objective of the AFRL Research Collaboration Program II is to enable collaborative research partnerships between Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Academia that engages a diverse pool of scientists and engineers in addressing foundational research challenges in support of the nation's air, space, and cyberspace technology needs.
