APS-OAA-16-000001 Addendum COLOMBIA: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Colombia is making a special call for the submission of Concept Papers focused on leveraging private sector investment and expertise that results in enhance sustainable and inclusive development in Colombia's conflict-affected areas. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Colombia may allocate up to $10,000,000 to fund a portfolio of GDA alliances with the private sector, with funding for individual applications estimated in the range of $1,500,000 to $5,000,000 to be implemented over a period of 3-5 years through 2 to 3 awards, depending on the approach of each individual application.
