Achievement of Excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (Stem) Diversity Outreach and Education Grant: This is modification 4 to the synopsis entitled ACHIEVEMENT OF EXCELLENCE IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, AND MATHEMATICS (STEM) DIVERSITY OUTREACH AND EDUCATION GRANT number NNJ05100991G which was posted on April 15, 2005. You are notified that the following changes are made: Due to the number of proposals received, the date for selection is extended. The announcement of selection for award will be September 01, 2005. To streamline the evaluation process as expeditiously as possible, two adjectival ratings are being eliminated. NASA will assign the following ratings for use by the reviewers in evaluating each proposal: Excellent: A comprehensive and thorough proposal of exceptional merit with one or more significant strengths. Good: A proposal having no deficiency and which shows a reasonably sound response. Poor: A proposal that demonstrates a lack of overall competence or would require a major proposal revision to correct. The due date for responses is not extended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
