Alumni Outreach Program FY2025: The Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) administers an Alumni Outreach Program aimed at expanding outreach to alumni of U.S. government-funded exchange programs. The program provides small grants to alumni associations to support visionary initiatives with measurable goals that benefit local communities.
