- Eligibility is limited to alumni of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs, who are citizens or residents of the Republic of Moldova, and to organizations where alumni of U.S. government-sponsored exchange programs fill at least one senior leadership role (president, director, executive director, board member, or the equivalent). Organizations without Moldovan registration can apply only as partners through an eligible organization.
