Alzheimer's Disease Social Research Project: The Administration on Aging announced in the Federal Register on July 22, 2004 that it will hold a competition for a grant award for an Alzheimer?s Disease Social Research Project. This grant is to conduct social research into Alzheimer?s disease care options, best practices and other Alzheimer?s research priorities that include research into cause, cure, and care, as well as respite care, assisted living, the impact of intervention by social service agencies on persons with Alzheimer?s disease, and related needs.
