Antelope Creek Juvenile Fish Passage Improvement: Funding is available through the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Anadromous Fish Restoration Program to complete environmental documentation, permits, and design of a solution to minimize juvenile salmonid entrainment into the Edwards and Los Molinos diversion ditches at Edwards dam. Currently, the Los Molinos Mutual Water Company and Edwards diversion ditches are screened; however no system was installed during screen construction to minimize juvenile salmonid entrainment. The screens are located a fair distance down the diversions. One factor that complicates this facility is New Creek, an overflow channel, runs between the two diversion ditches.
