Antioch Dunes Sand Dune Restoration, Invasive Plant Inventory and Endangered Species Recovery: Funds under this single source award are to be used to conduct a Sand Dune Restoration Project, to collect invasive and native plant inventory needed for future management and planning for the Antioch Dunes National Wildlife Refuge, and to conduct vital non-native invasive plant control and vegetation management in order to conserve, protect and manage for the endangered Langeâ¿¿s metalmark butterfly (Apodemia mormo langei), Contra Costa wallflower (Erysimum capitatum angustatum), and Antioch Dunes Evening primrose (Oenothera deltoids howellii). This award is issued under the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Serviceâ¿¿s (Service)â¿¿s CFDA 15.64 under the authority of Fish and Wildlife Conservation Act of 1934 (16 U.S.C. 2901-2911).
