Arctic Coastal Plain wetland and hydrography mapping: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7 intends to award a single source financial assistance agreement as authorized by 505 DM 2.14 (B) to Saint Maryâ¿¿s University of Minnesota (SMUMN). The cooperative agreement award to SMUMN is for the purpose of developing land cover spatial datasets for the Arctic Coastal Plain.
