Arrupe Jesuit High School Corporate Work Study Program: Tasks outlined below will be conducted during the period for the first year of Jun 1, 2016 to August 11, 2021.
a)Assisting permanent party staff with routine office tasks. This includes filing, creating new file folders, filing books/reports in libraries, shredding documents and performing data entry.
b)Recruiting/Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) tasks. This includes researching document requests, communicating with document requestors, inputting requests in EFTS system, Excel data entry and chart creation.
c)Scanning permits and other documents for computer storage, processing records and permit filing.
d)Assisting permanent party staff with educational programs, including staffing front desk, greeting visitors, and providing information services.
e)Processing eagle shipments, mailing boxes, plucking eagle feathers for shipment to Native American groups for religious ceremonies.
