Assistance to Ethnic Tibetans in People's Republic of China: PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Reference Number: 72048620PRESOL00001 Assistance to Ethnic Tibetans in People's Republic of China Release Date: April 08, 2020 Response Due Date: April 20, 2020 at 4:00 PM (Bangkok local time) The United States Agency for International Development, Regional Development Mission for Asia (USAID/RDMA) is considering issuing a Notification of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the “Assistance to Ethnic Tibetans in People's Republic of China” activity. A total of up to $36M over five years is expected to be available for this activity, and USAID anticipates awarding two separate Cooperative Agreements. Included in this Pre-Solicitation Notice is the Results Framework and activity background, Theory of Change, and other narrative information related to the anticipated activity. USAID is interested in receiving any comments/feedback on the information included in this Notice. USAID will not send a follow-up response to your submissions but will take any feedback received into consideration as we design the NOFO. Proprietary information must not be sent.
