BLM AK Challenge Cost Share 2012 Upper Black River Land Use Patterns: This project is to collect and analyze data on traditioal and current land use in the Upper Black River area. The Black River is located north of the Yukon River and east of Ft. Yukon. The Arctic National Wildlife Refuge borders the area on the north and the Yukon Flats National Wildlife Refuge borders the west.This is a Challenge Cost Share project. Partner MUST meet a 50:50 match.
