BLM CA Alturas Cooperative Noxious Weeds Program with Pit River Tribe: The BLM Alturas Field Office AFO is proposing to formalize the cooperative efforts with the Pit River Tribe PRT to inventory control and eradicate noxious weeds as defined in California Code of Regulations Section 4500 on Public Lands administered by the BLM Alturas Field Office located in Modoc Lassen Shasta and Siskiyou counties. The AFO has been working with the PRT for the past several years to control the spread of noxious weeds within the AFO jurisdiction.
