BLM NM Reasonable Foreseeable Development Scenario for the Pecos District: The objective of this project is to generate guidlines and projections for the Reasonable Foreseeable Development (RFD) Scenario for the Bureau of Land Management, New Mexico Pecos District to include Roswell and Carlsbad Field Offices.
