Baltimore Washington Parkway Cultural Landscape Report: The team will work collaboratively with NPS personnel to research and analyze the parkway plans, previous project activities, and design changes and their relationship to the original design intent of the parkway. The data will then be used to prepare an evaluation of the parkway's historic significance and integrity as it relates to its design development and guide the general treatment guidelines. The team and NPS personnel will define appropriate treatment for the various treatment issues, and provide recommendations that will be used in ongoing and forthcoming safety upgrades to the roadway. Site specific management guidelines may be developed for some areas of the parkway.
