Buffalo River Heritage Festival: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This is not a request for applications. This provides public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award a grant agreement. This Agreement will fund a Heritage Festival: The festival is an experiential learning opportunity for the public to develop appreciation for the unique music, art, crafts, and history of Arkansas, through musical performances, arts and crafts exhibits and storytelling workshops. The planning and calibration of the festival helps us to restore trust with local communities by creating partnerships and highlight the history and heritage of this area within the Lower Mississippi Delta Region..
