Building Capacity of Partners Along Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail - LECL: This announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service's intention to award financial assistance for the following project activities. NPS and Conservation Legacy will collaborate in identifying needs within conservation preservation, and community engagement along the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail and build a sustainable solution in reaching the public along the Trail for the future public. This agreement will support two interns for 52 weeks at 40 hours a week in the areas of conservation, preservation, and community engagement. During this time they will bolster educational programs, improve volunteer programs, enhance interpretation, and create recreational opportunities for visitors along the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail.
