Children, Youth, and Families at Risk 4-H Military Partnership Professional Development and Technical Assistance: The purpose of the CMP-PDTA, under assistance listing 10.521, is to support the implementation and capacity of the 4-H Military Partnership and Outreach Support Program. Professional development and technical assistance are provided to the Land-grant Institutions and the CES so that, in collaboration with other organizations, they can develop and deliver educational programs for military-connected youth. Applicants for the CMP-PDTA must meet all the requirements discussed in this NOFO. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or, preclude NIFA from making an award. Eligibility is extended to the University of the District of Columbia per Section 208 of the District of Columbia Public Postsecondary Education Reorganization Act.
