Closing the Gap in Healthcare Disparities through Dissemination and Implementation of Patient Centered Outcomes Research (U18): The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is to identify strategies to engage stakeholders through shared decision making that can be used to effectively implement interventions specific to health care delivery systems, clinicians, and/or patients that focus on the reduction of racial/ethnic healthcare disparities in under-resourced settings.
