Community Projects ETA/Congressionally Directed Spending Grants: This Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) solicits applications from eligible entities for the Department of Labor's (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Community Projects demonstration grants and announces application procedures.
