The program will fund up to 16 capacity-building collaborations that create or expand asset formation and financial literacy services.

- Additional Information on Eligibility
- Eligible applicants for these grants are eligible entities, or statewide or local organizations, or associations with demonstrated expertise in providing training to individuals and organizations on methods of effectively addressing the needs of low-income families and communities. Eligible entity means any organization that was officially designated as a CAA or a community action program under Section 673(1) of the CSBG Act, and meets all the requirements under Section 673(1)(A) and 676A of the CSBG Act. All eligible entities must be current recipients of CSBG funds, including migrant and seasonal farm worker organizations that received CSBG funding in the previous fiscal year. Faith-based and community organizations are eligible to apply. Foreign entities are not eligible under this announcement.
