Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) Forest Inventory Analysis Pilot Grant: Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) Forest Inventory Analysis Pilot (CRP Forest Inventory Analysis Pilot) is a competitive grant opportunity with funding authorized under Section 743 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 (P.L. 115-141), and is a one-time only grant for non-profit organizations (NGOs) (each referred to as an “applicant”). The primary objective of the CRP Forest Inventory Analysis Pilot is to increase the availability of data and information on CRP bottomland hardwoods acreage, by conducting a forest inventory analysis and forest management and economic outcomes modeling, for certain currently enrolled CRP land. The data and information will be a resource for CRP bottomland hardwood practices, including CP03, CP03A, CP11, CP22, CP31, and CP40. Applicants must use advanced, cost-effective technology.
