Domestic public or private and non-profit entities including state, local and Indian tribal governments, faith-based organizations, community-based organizations, hospitals, and institutions of higher education. To be considered for funding however, a qualified applicant must demonstrate: -- understanding of the Administration on Aging and the agency's current vision, mission and priorities. -- knowledge and experience with the Eldercare Locator at the national, State and local levels, -- knowledge of and experience working with the aging services network of state, tribal, and area agencies on aging, and -- expertise on issues and policy considerations bearing on the Eldercare Locator's work and future development. These requirements are intended to ensure a high quality Eldercare Locator service
