This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Reclamation's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. It is the intent of Reclamation and the ODFW to enter into a cooperative agreement in 2010 whereby the ODFW will: 1) identify projects and locations within the Grande Ronde Basin that can be addressed to improve habitat of endangered and threatened fish species; 2) coordinate with private and public entities to participate and partner in the identified habitat improvement projects; and 3) participate in identified tributary and reach assessments and habitat survey work on Catherine Creek.
