Coordination and Strengthening of the Kingdom of Eswatini Ministry of Health's HIV and TB Programs under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR): The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). This NOFO will support the Ministry of Health (MoH) of the Kingdom of Eswatini to coordinate the HIV response at national and subnational levels. The MoH will work with relevant government departments to transfer skills and build capacity to improve leadership, governance, and coordination for the TB/HIV response.
