Countermeasures Against Chemical Threats (CounterACT) Research Centers of Excellence (U54): The NIH invites applications for the establishment of Countermeasures Against Chemical Threats (CounterACT) Research Centers of Excellence. The overall mission of the CounterACT Centers is to develop new and improved medical countermeasures against chemical threats.
