Cross-Pollination for successful outreach and conservation in US-Mexico Parks: This project will build upon a wildlife conservation partnership established between 6 ⿿sister parks⿝ and other reserves in Arizona and northern Mexico that share similar ecological communities and resources. We will continue the sister park relationship between Saguaro National Park, Sky Island Alliance, Mexico national parks, and other partners to connect resource managers and conservation and management needs. We will focus on sharing tools and techniques for pollinator conservation and monitoring with reserves in northern Sonora through engagement with motivated young students from schools and universities in both Mexico and the US. This project will gather critical data, education communities about pollinators, and strengthen relationships between sister parks and reserves in Arizona and Sonora. It addresses the Education/Information Sharing project category of the Southwest Border Resource Protection Program.
