DE-FOA-0001582 NOI for FOA DE-FOA-0001419: Wave Energy Test Facility: The purpose of this Notice of Intent is to provide potential applicants advance notice that the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) intends to issue, on behalf of the Wind and Water Power Technologies Office (WWPTO), a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled “Wave Energy Test Facility", Number DE-FOA-0001419.
To support the full-scale testing of MHK wave energy devices, the Water Power Program intends to fund the building and commissioning of an open-water, grid-connected, fully energetic domestic wave energy test facility. This Funding Opportunity Announcement would be for the development, and construction of such a facility.
