Deployment and Demonstration Opportunities for Carbon Reduction and Removal Technologies: The intent of this RFI is to obtain public input in support of a DOE plan on the deployment and demonstration of carbon management and clean energy technologies to support the administration's goals of decarbonizing the electricity sector by 2035 and the economy by 2050. With the enactment of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, DOE will help demonstrate these carbon management and clean energy technologies and prove them out at pilot- to commercial-scale in partnership with industry and communities.
