Determining the densities of breeding birds within the upland and wet meadow habitats of Lacreek NWR: The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Points will be surveyed between May 20, 2015 and July 3, 2015 with each point being surveyed twice during this period. Observers will navigate to each point using hand held GPS units, and conduct surveys beginning half-hour before sunrise and conclude no later that 11AM. Habitat and bird observations will be recorded on the same day using the Integrated Monitoring in Bird Conservation Region forms. Habitat and GPS related data will be recorded immediately before bird surveys are conducted.
