Directors Fellows Program: The Directors Fellows Program (DFP) supports field work in fish and wildlife conservation that helps the Service accomplish its priority work. The DFP Fellows will conduct surveys, data analysis and program policy, wildlife research, risk assessments, and literature reviews; collect field data and develop conservation plans.
