Engaging student interns from the University of North Alabama with the Natchez Trace Parkway: This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The purpose of this project is to engage individual student interns or groups of students in projects that will continue to build on the relationship and working partnership between UNA and NATR. Students with interests and majors in the natural sciences, geology, education and recreation departments will benefit, as will the NATR divisions of interpretation, maintenance, and resource management. The result will be that the public will receive enhanced national park service experiences. Please see attached Full Announcement for more information.
