Evaluation of a Stepped Care Approach for Perinatal Depression Treatment in Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinics: The purpose of this FOA is to: 1) determine the effectiveness of a stepped care approach to reducing depression symptomology and increasing treatment rates; 2) determine the feasibility of implementing a stepped care approach to depression treatment in obstetric clinics; and 3) develop recommendations for implementing best practice strategies for incorporating a stepped-care approach in obstetrics clinics. Results of this FOA may inform national guidelines regarding depression care for perinatal women.
