Evidence and Case Management for the Central African Republic’s Criminal Justice System: INL seeks proposals for re-building and expanding the capacity of the case management and evidence control systems in CAR’s criminal justice system. At the completion of this project, both systems shall demonstrate improved operation, effectiveness, and accountability when compared to the systems currently in place.
