Exposing Russian Health Disinformation: This will be a single-stage competitive process. Interested applicants will submit a full proposal addressing all the proposed program objectives. Proposals will be thoroughly evaluated and scored by a merit review panel. Proposal review will consider the proposal's alignment with program objectives, as well as the applicant's capacity to deliver results on the proposed objectives. The GEC Russia Directorate proposes to grant an award to an organization with experience in counter Russian disinformation analysis and programming, as well as public and media engagement strategies, to produce a report on Russian health-related disinformation campaigns with guidance from the Russia Directorate's subject matter experts to expose and increase awareness of these efforts.
