FY14 Youth Empowerment Program II: (YEP II): The YEP II focuses on the risk behaviors of at-risk minority male youth at critical stages intheir lives, and improving long-term outcomes to increase the quality of their lives. Projectsshould address one or more of the following focus areas:1) minority male youth violence (including gang violence);2) teen pregnancy prevention education as it relates to males;3) career preparation training that is appropriate for at-risk minority male youth; and4) mentoring support services (education and/or college preparation).
