Additional Information on Eligibility
1. Eligible Applicants The following organizations are eligible to apply: • Not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental Organizations. Note: For-profit and commercial entities are ineligible. Proposals may be submitted by Ukrainian not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations. A registered Ukrainian non-governmental, nonprofit organization is eligible if: A) An individual U.S. government exchange program alumnus or alumna is a member of the applying organization and the alumna or alumnus of the following USG-funded English Language programs: a) OPEN (Online Professional English Network) Program, previously known as AE E-Teacher Program; b) Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (TEA); c) Fulbright TEA and Fulbright TEA on Media Literacy; d) English Access Microscholarship Program (Access); e) Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Educators. B) That exchange program participant of the above mentioned programs will have a significant role in the planning and implementation of the proposed project. C) Groups with a clear connection to U.S. government alumni networking, such as alumni associations, are also eligible.
