Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act Program, Yuma Area: The objectives are to fund opportunities for collecting monitoring data of the Flat-Tailed Horned Lizard (FTHL) in the Yuma Desert Management Area and to perform habitat restoration or enhancement for riparian bird species (Yuma clapper rail, Southwestern willow flycatcher, yellow-billed cuckoo) in accordance with the FWCA, and to fund opportunities that will improve, protect, and create riparian and wetland habitat for the benefit of T&E species along the Lower Colorado River (LCR) corridor.
