Genetic Assessment of Lahontan Cutthroat Trout Broodstock: This project will provide laboratory support for evaluating the genetic assessment aims detailed in the Statement of Work. The recipient laboratory has developed 18 nuclear microsatellite loci for Lahontan cutthroat trout (LCT). Diagnostic markers for the maintenance of genetic diversity in a captive broodstock have been established for Pilot Peak within this 18 microsatellite dataset.
