HAZARDOUS WASTE TRAINING INSTITUTE Request for Proposals (RFP): The RCRA Programs Branch of the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 4, and the eight states that are located within this Region are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to enable Region 4 to continue to offer the Hazardous Waste Training Institute (HWTI). In the past, the HWTI has provided training on the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to state and regional personnel. The goal of the RCRA Hazardous Waste Training Institute is to provide real world technical training with emphasis on practical operation and implementation of the RCRA regulations for federal and state professional staff.
